Weigh-in

Your primary care provider weighs you when you arrive for a physical exam and determines your body mass index (BMI) based on your body weight and height.

Vital signs check

An EnVIGOR Health Medical and Behavioral Center specialist evaluates your temperature, pulse, blood pressure, or other vital signs.

Medical history review

During the medical history review part of your physical exam, the EnVIGOR Health Medical and Behavioral Center team asks about your personal and family disease histories, medications, symptoms, lifestyle habits, and more. 

Physical exam

Your provider completes a physical exam to look for signs of possible medical issues. They evaluate your ears, eyes, throat, reflexes, limbs, breathing, heartbeat, and more.

Diagnostic testing

The EnVIGOR Health Medical and Behavioral Center team lets you know if you’re a candidate for diagnostic testing, such as urine tests, blood testing, electrocardiograms (EKGs), sexually transmitted disease (STD) testing, and screening for illnesses. You might also need allergy testing, asthma tests, imaging procedures, or other diagnostic tests.
